- Fees are payable one month in advance and should be paid within three days of the date of invoice. Any exception to this must be by prior agreement with the proprietor.
- Fees are reviewed annually.
- Fees include care and pre-school education, nappies, food, refreshments, toiletries, and some nursery outings.
- The nursery is open from 7:30am to 6:00pm. Care outside these hours is not available and parents must make their own arrangements.
- The nursery is closed for weekends, Bank Holidays, and the days between Christmas and New Year. You will not be charged for the days between Christmas and New Year.
- Children must not attend nursery while suffering from an infectious disease.
- Fees are not refunded for sickness or holidays.
- A late collection fee of £10 for the first 5 minutes and then £5 for every 5 minutes thereafter.
- A nursery place is not flexible. One month’s notice is required to permanently change days, and this is subject to availability. Extra days may be booked on an ad hoc basis, again subject to availability.
- Termination of a place or cancellation of booking must be in writing, giving one calendar month’s notice.
- Places booked more than one month in advance must be secured by the payment of a booking fee of £100, which is non-refundable if you cancel. Once your child starts nursery £50 will be deducted from your first invoice, the other £50 is an admin fee.
- In the extreme case of the nursery becoming unable to continue to provide a place for any children, for any reason, one calendar months notice will be given to parents.
- The nursery cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to children’s clothes or property. Please assist us by labelling clothing and by leaving toys at home.
- The nursery operates on an equal opportunities policy. Children are not encouraged or dissuaded from playing with gender-stereotyped toys.
- There is no charge to go on the waiting list.
